According to the environment temperature, the power battery is cooled by the electrically-driven cooling module, so that the cooling energy consumption of the power battery in the low-temperature environment is reduced; according to the vehicle state, the electric driving system is used for heating the power battery, so that the heating energy consumption of the power battery is reduced.
