The invention discloses a vehicle and a power battery temperature control method and system thereof. The temperature control method for the power battery of the vehicle comprises the steps that road condition information of the road condition to be driven of the vehicle is obtained; calculating a predicted instantaneous speed of the vehicle according to the historical data of vehicle driving and the road condition information; calculating an average speed and an average acceleration corresponding to the road condition to be driven according to the predicted instantaneous vehicle speed and the road condition information; and determining a cooling strategy of the power battery according to the average speed and the average acceleration. The temperature of the power battery can be controlled in advance.
