The invention relates to the field of track detection, in particular to a scanning device for double-track type steel rail weld flaw detection, which comprises a scanning frame, the scanning frame is horizontally arranged at the top of a steel rail, a plurality of fixers are arranged at two ends of the scanning frame, and the fixers are used for fastening connection of the scanning frame and the steel rail; the falling position and scanning device is arranged on the left side and the right side of the scanning frame respectively, and moves in a limited mode in the arrangement direction of the scanning frame; and the control panel is electrically connected with the scanning frame and the falling position and scanning device and is used for controlling the scanning frame and the falling position and scanning device. The integrated design is adopted, all parts only need to be positioned once, then automatic operation is conducted through a control system, the positioning difficulty is greatly reduced, and the operation steps are simplified; and automatic scanning is realized, so that the time required by detection is greatly shortened, and the efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及轨道检测领域,具体地,涉及一种用于双轨式钢轨焊缝探伤的扫查装置包括扫查架,所述扫查架水平设置于钢轨顶部,所述扫查架两端设有若干固定器,所述固定器用于所述扫查架与所述钢轨紧固连接;落位与扫查装置,所述落位与扫查装置分别设置于所述扫查架左右两侧,且沿所述扫查架设置方向限位移动;控制面板,所述控制面板与所述扫查架和所述落位与扫查装置电连接,用于控制所述扫查架和所述落位与扫查装置。本申请采用一体式设计:对各个部位只需进行一次定位,然后依靠控制系统进行自动化操作,大大的减少的定位难度,简化了操作步骤;自动化扫查:大大的减少了检测所需的时间,提高了效率。
