The invention relates to the field of rail detection, in particular to a scanning device and a scanning method for double-rail steel rail weld flaw detection, comprising a scanning frame horizontally arranged at the top of a steel rail; the falling position and scanning device is arranged on the left side and the right side of the scanning frame respectively and moves in the direction of the scanning frame in a limited mode; and the control panel is electrically connected with the scanning frame and the falling position and scanning device and is used for controlling the scanning frame and the falling position and scanning device to move. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: an integrated design is adopted: each part only needs to be positioned once, and then automatic operation is performed by virtue of a control system, so that the positioning difficulty is greatly reduced, and the operation steps are simplified; and automatic scanning is realized, so that the time required by detection is greatly shortened, and the efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及轨道检测领域,具体地,涉及一种用于双轨式钢轨焊缝探伤的扫查装置及扫查方法,包括扫查架,所述扫查架水平设置于钢轨顶部;落位与扫查装置,所述落位与扫查装置分别设置于所述扫查架左右两侧,且沿所述扫查架方向限位移动;控制面板,所述控制面板与所述扫查架和所述落位与扫查装置电连接,用于控制所述扫查架和所述落位与扫查装置移。与现有技术相比,本申请提出的技术方案具有如下的有益效果:采用一体式设计:对各个部位只需进行一次定位,然后依靠控制系统进行自动化操作,大大的减少的定位难度,简化了操作步骤;自动化扫查:大大的减少了检测所需的时间,提高了效率。
