The invention provides a method and device for controlling a laser radar and a vehicle. And when the target vehicle is close to the target intersection, adjusting the laser radar based on a judgment result of whether the target vehicle can directly pass through the target intersection and a pedestrian detection result. And the non-laser radar always keeps a fixed detection range. Therefore, the laser radar can be adjusted based on different scenes. For example, when the target vehicle cannot directly pass through the target intersection and at least one pedestrian exists around the target vehicle, the target vehicle can pay attention to the dynamic state of the at least one pedestrian so as to avoid colliding with the pedestrian. The laser emitted by the laser radar can cause damage to the body parts of the pedestrian, so that the adjustment of the laser radar can reduce the irradiation of the laser to the pedestrian, and the damage of the laser to the body parts of the pedestrian is reduced to a certain extent. Therefore, according to the scheme, on the basis that safe driving is achieved through the laser radar, damage of the laser emitted by the laser radar to the body parts of pedestrians can be reduced.

    本申请提供控制激光雷达的方法、装置及车辆。在目标车辆距离目标路口比较近时,基于目标车辆能否直接通过目标路口的判断结果和对行人检测的结果,调整激光雷达。而非激光雷达始终保持固定的探测范围。即能够基于不同的场景,对激光雷达进行调整。例如,在目标车辆无法直接通过目标路口,且目标车辆周围存在至少一个行人时,目标车辆可关注到至少一个行人的动态,以免碰撞到行人。由于激光雷达发射的激光会对行人的身体部位造成损伤,因此,对激光雷达的调整还可较少激光照射到行人,一定程度上,减少激光对行人的身体部位的损伤。因此,该方案能够在使用激光雷达实现安全驾驶的基础上,还能够减少激光雷达所发射的激光对行人的身体部位的损伤。
