The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle safety diagnosis, in particular to a battery fault processing method and device, a cloud server and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining current vehicle data and current battery data of a to-be-diagnosed vehicle, inputting the current vehicle data and current battery data into a preset battery fault diagnosis model, and obtaining a diagnosis result of the to-be-diagnosed vehicle, and if the diagnosis result is a battery fault, performing tagging processing on a fault reason and a fault type in the diagnosis result, determining an optimal processing strategy of the to-be-diagnosed vehicle according to a tagging processing result, and further performing online upgrading processing or offline operation and maintenance processing on the to-be-diagnosed vehicle. According to the battery fault processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, on the basis of the battery fault diagnosis model, the running states of the vehicle and the battery are predicted by matching the related performance data of the vehicle and the battery, and the fault reason and the solution are output when the battery has the fault, so that the effects of preventing the vehicle in advance and stably controlling the vehicle are achieved; and the experience and security of the user are improved.

    本发明涉及车辆安全诊断技术领域,特别涉及一种电池的故障处理方法、装置、云服务器及存储介质,包括:获取待诊断车辆的当前车辆数据和当前电池数据,将其输入至预设的电池故障诊断模型,得到待诊断车辆的诊断结果,若诊断结果为电池故障,则对诊断结果中的故障原因和故障类型进行标签化处理,并根据标签化处理结果确定待诊断车辆最优处理策略,进而对待诊断车辆进行线上升级处理或线下运维处理。根据本申请实施例的电池的故障处理方法,基于电池故障诊断模型,通过匹配车辆以及电池的相关性能数据,预测车辆以及电池的运行状态,在电池发生故障时输出故障原因以及解决方式,从而达到对车辆提前预防和稳定管控的效果,提升用户的体验感和安全感。
