The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure machining, and discloses a lifting device for steel structure machining, which comprises a main body, a sliding mechanism and a transmission mechanism, the sliding mechanism is arranged at a center shaft of the top of the main body, the transmission mechanism is arranged at the top of the main body and comprises a motor, and the motor is slidably connected to the top of the main body; the output end of the motor is rotationally connected with a belt, and the end, away from the motor, of the belt is rotationally connected with a rotating frame and a supporting mechanism which is arranged on the top of the body and comprises a fixing rod. Through the limiting groove and the fixing rod, when the placing frame is lifted, the placing frame is limited through the fixing rod, and the swing amplitude generated by hoisting a steel structure can be reduced; the situation that when the steel structure is lifted to the half-air during machining, the steel structure in the half-air is blown by wind power generated by external weather, and consequently large-amplitude shaking is generated is avoided, and then the situation that the steel structure collides with an object on one side due to shaking in the lifting process of the steel structure is avoided.

    本发明涉及钢结构加工技术领域,且公开了一种钢结构加工用提升装置,包括,主体和滑动机构,滑动机构设置在主体顶部中轴处,还包括,传动机构,传动机构设置在主体顶部,传动机构包括有电机,电机滑动连接在主体顶部,电机输出端转动连接有皮带,皮带远离电机的一端转动连接有转架,支撑机构,支撑机构设置在主体顶部,支撑机构包括有固定杆。本发明通过限位槽与固定杆可以在对放置架提升时通过固定杆的对放置架限位可以减小吊装钢结构产生的摇摆幅度,避免在对钢结构加工时将钢结构提升到半空中会因为外部天气产生的风力对半空中的钢结构吹动从而产生大幅度摇晃,进而避免会导致钢结构在提升过程因为钢结构在摇晃而撞击到一侧的物体。
