The invention discloses a drive-by-wire redundancy braking system and method for a commercial vehicle. The drive-by-wire redundancy braking function is achieved through a drive-by-wire redundancy braking unit. A proportional valve assembly of the drive-by-wire redundant braking unit integrates two independent electromagnetic proportional valves which respectively provide redundant braking pressure output for a front axle loop and a middle-rear axle loop. A shuttle valve and a pressure sensor are installed at the air pressure output ends of the two electromagnetic proportional valves respectively, and the shuttle valve outputs the electromagnetic proportional valves and the electromagnetic proportional valves with the higher mechanical valve output pressure in the same brake loop of the conventional brake valve to a relay valve or a proportional relay valve of the corresponding loop. The pressure sensor monitors the output pressure of the two loops in real time and is used for pressure closed-loop control; the redundant braking controller responds to a redundant braking instruction of the automatic driving controller, controls the opening degree of the electromagnetic proportional valve and outputs needed redundant braking pressure. The drive-by-wire redundancy brake unit is simple in structure, does not influence the implementation of a conventional brake function, does not need to be calibrated and debugged repeatedly, and is convenient to use and maintain.

    本发明公开了一种商用车线控冗余制动系统及方法,通过线控冗余制动单元实现线控冗余制动功能;线控冗余制动单元的比例阀总成集成两个独立的电磁比例阀,分别为前桥和中后桥回路提供冗余制动压力输出;在两个电磁比例阀气压输出端分别安装梭阀和压力传感器,其中梭阀将电磁比例阀和常规制动阀同一制动回路中的机械阀输出压力较高者输出给对应回路的继动阀或比例继动阀,压力传感器实时监测两条回路输出压力并用于压力闭环控制;冗余制动控制器响应自动驾驶控制器的冗余制动指令并控制电磁比例阀开度,输出所需要的冗余制动压力。该线控冗余制动单元结构简单、不影响常规制动功能的实现,且无需反复进行标定、调试,制动系统使用和维护方便。
