The invention relates to a safe self-locking system of an electric bicycle, and mainly relates to the technical field of auxiliary equipment of the electric bicycle. The self-locking device comprises a supporting frame fixedly connected to the end, close to a driving wheel, of an electric bicycle frame, a driving motor arranged on the supporting frame, a self-locking device connected with a power output shaft of the driving motor, a control device and a power source. The self-locking device comprises a limiting plate fixedly arranged on the supporting frame, two screw rods vertically arranged on the limiting plate in a penetrating mode, two belt wheels fixedly arranged at one ends of the two screw rods in a sleeving mode respectively, lifting cylinders arranged on the two screw rods in a sleeving mode respectively, and a supporting plate arranged at the ends, away from the screw rods, of the lifting cylinders. The device has the advantages of being convenient to use, high in automation degree and high in safety.
