The invention discloses an onboard electromechanical control box and a control method, and the control box comprises a box body assembly which is provided with an internal accommodation cavity and comprises a box body and a steel wire thread insert; the operation panel is arranged on one side wall of the box body assembly, and a plurality of function switches are arranged on the operation panel; the cover is arranged on the box body assembly, the cover is located on the opposite side of the operation panel, and a sea-resistant socket is arranged on the cover; and the printed circuit board assembly is arranged in the internal accommodating cavity, and the operation panel and the ocean-resistant socket are both connected with the printed circuit board assembly. The invention has the beneficial effects of low power consumption, high reliability/maintainability/testability, and capability of ensuring the technical and tactical requirements of light weight and day and night combat.

    本发明公开了一种机载用机电控制盒及控制方法,包括:盒体组件,设置有内部容纳空腔,包括盒体和钢丝螺套;操作面板,设置在盒体组件的一侧壁,操作面板上设置有多个功能开关;盖子,设置在盒体组件上,且盖子位于操作面板的相对一侧,盖子上设置有耐海洋插座;印制电路板组件,设置在内部容纳空腔中,操作面板和耐海洋插座均与印制电路板组件连接。本发明的有益效果为既具有低功耗、高可靠性/维修性/测试性,又能保证轻量化及日夜作战的技战术要求。
