The self-guiding radial bogie is adopted, the angles of the rear wheels are automatically changed by changing the angles of the front wheels, the sizes are equal, the directions are opposite, the curve performance of the vehicle is greatly improved, the linear running transverse stability and the curve passing performance are well coordinated, the viscosity drop on the curve is reduced, and the traction performance of the vehicle is obviously improved.

    本发明涉及矿用车辆转向技术领域,尤其涉及一种矿用液压四驱车协同转向控制系统及方法,包括:遥控装置,用于发送控制信号;CAN网络通讯模块,与所述遥控装置连接,用于接收控制信号并控制底盘控制器;液压驱动装置,与CAN网络通讯模块连接,基于底盘控制器带动油泵旋转,控制轮胎转向。采用液压驱动方式,避免电机驱动导致动力不足问题,各种元件,根据需要方便、灵活地来布置,且重量轻、体积小、运动惯性小、反应速度快。采用自导向径向转向架,通过改变前轮的角度自动改变后轮的角度,达到大小相等,方向相反,车辆曲线性能大大改善,直线运行横向稳定性与曲线通过性能达到良好的协调,曲线上的粘降减少,车辆牵引性能明显提高。
