The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging power regulation and control method and device and a nonvolatile storage medium. The method comprises the steps that a regulation and control instruction is received, and the regulation and control instruction is used for indicating adjustment of charging power within a preset time interval; in response to the regulation and control instruction, the charging power of the multiple target vehicles in the target time period is adjusted through a multi-stage adjustment strategy, and a first regulation and control result is obtained; when the first regulation and control result is smaller than a to-be-adjusted power value corresponding to the regulation and control instruction, a target regulation and control demand is determined to be output, and the target regulation and control demand is a first difference value between the charging power corresponding to the first regulation and control result and the to-be-adjusted power value; and when the first regulation and control result is equal to the to-be-adjusted power value corresponding to the regulation and control instruction, determining to end charging power regulation and control. The technical problem that power regulation and control of a power grid cannot be realized due to the fact that a power regulation strategy is not feasible because a to-be-charged vehicle which is not controlled in the power grid is taken as a dispatching object in related technologies is solved.

    本申请公开了一种电动汽车充电功率的调控方法及装置、非易失性存储介质。其中,该方法包括:接收调控指令,其中,调控指令用于指示在预设时间区间内调整充电功率;响应于调控指令,利用多阶段调整策略调整多个目标车辆在目标时段内的充电功率,得到第一调控结果;在第一调控结果小于调控指令对应的待调整的功率值时,确定输出目标调控需求,其中,目标调控需求为第一调控结果对应的充电功率和与待调整的功率值的第一差值;在第一调控结果等于调控指令对应的待调整的功率值时,确定结束充电功率调控。本申请解决了由于相关技术将电网中不接受控制的待充电车辆作为调度对象造成的功率调节策略不具有可行性,无法实现电网的功率调控的技术问题。
