The invention discloses an inverted siphon construction method for steep and narrow working conditions, and relates to the technical field of pipeline construction, the inverted siphon construction method comprises the following construction steps: S1, anchor blocks are constructed at intervals along an inverted siphon laying path, in the anchor block pouring process, fixing plates are pre-buried in the anchor blocks, and the fixing plates are pre-buried on the sides of the anchor blocks; s2, a supporting frame with the height capable of being adjusted is installed above the fixing plate; s3, a transportation assembly is installed in the laying direction of the inverted siphons, and the transportation assembly is in lap joint with the multiple supporting frames at the same time; s4, the transportation assembly comprises a driving source and a mooring rope, the inverted siphon is fixed to the mooring rope, the driving source drives the mooring rope to move, and the inverted siphon is driven to move to the designed position; and S5, the inverted siphon is unloaded from the transportation assembly and fixed between the two adjacent anchor blocks, and installation is completed. The device has the effect of improving the transportation and installation convenience of the inverted siphon.
