The invention discloses installation equipment and a construction method for a large-diameter inverted siphon pipeline in a steep hilly slope section.The equipment comprises a cushion layer laid along a preset pipe ditch route, the cushion layer is composed of a slope section and a buttress platform as units, a concrete buttress is arranged on the buttress platform, and two parallel sliding rails are erected on the concrete buttress along the preset pipe ditch route; a movable transportation frame is arranged on the two sliding rails, a winch used for dragging the transportation frame is arranged on the slope top, a hoist support is arranged on the top of the transportation frame, chain hoists are arranged at the two ends of the hoist support, supporting cross beams which can be connected in a quick-release mode and used for bearing pipelines to be laid are arranged at the two ends of the transportation frame, and pipe supporting devices are arranged on the concrete buttresses. The method comprises the steps of process construction preparation, surveying and setting out, trench excavation, cushion layer and first-stage buttress concrete construction, sliding rail laying, transportation frame installation, pipeline installation, sliding rail dismantling and second-stage buttress concrete pouring, water pressure testing and pipeline backfilling. The construction cost is saved, and the construction progress is accelerated.

    本发明公开了陡峭山坡地段中大直径倒虹吸管道安装设备及施工方法,该设备包括沿预设管沟路线铺设的垫层,垫层以斜坡段和支墩平台为单元构成,支墩平台上设有混凝土支墩,沿预设管沟路线,于混凝土支墩上架设有两平行的滑轨,两滑轨上设有可移动的运输架,坡顶设置用于牵引运输架的卷扬机,运输架顶部设有葫芦支架,葫芦支架的两端设有手拉葫芦,运输架的两端设有可快拆连接的,用于承托待铺设管道的支撑横梁,混凝土支墩上设有托管装置。该方法包括流程施工准备→测量放样→沟槽开挖→垫层及一期支墩混凝土施工→滑轨铺设→运输架安装→管道安装→滑轨拆除浇筑二期支墩混凝土→压水试验→管道回填。本发明节约了施工成本,提高了施工进度。
