Various sensors and waterproof cameras installed on the vehicle body are combined to sense the environment, the posture of the vehicle body and the draft depth in real time, and actively-adjusted closed-loop control is formed. The position of the appendage can be adaptively adjusted under different navigational speeds and different sea conditions, and adaptive control over the hydrodynamic performance is achieved.
