Comprising the following steps: S1, acquiring respective fault states FAULTA, FAULTB and FAULTC of three-phase bridge arms of hardware; s2, acquiring three-phase currents ia, ib and ic of the motor; s3, acquiring an angle value theta e of a motor rotor position sensor; s4, acquiring a rotating speed closed-loop output torque request instruction value Torqref; s5, calculating a current instruction value Iref on the basis of S4; and S6, on the basis of S1, S2, S3 and S5, respectively completing ia, ib and ic current closed-loop control. When a single phase of the propulsion motor and the controller breaks down, certain continuous propulsion torque can still be generated; and carrying out linear processing on torque and current instructions to ensure that the bandwidth of speed control is kept unchanged.

    本发明公开了一种制动电机控制器两相冗余控制方法,涉及推进电机安全防护技术领域。包括:S1获取硬件三相桥臂各自故障状态FAULT_A、FAULT_B、FAULT_C;S2获取电机三相电流ia,ib,ic;S3获取电机转子位置传感器角度值θe;S4获取转速闭环输出扭矩请求指令值Torqref;S5在S4的基础上计算电流指令值Iref;S6在S1、S2、S3、S5的基础上,分别完成ia,ib,ic电流闭环控制。本发明推进电机和控制器单相产生故障,仍然能够产生一定的持续推进扭矩;对扭矩和电流指令进行线性化处理,确保速度控制的带宽保持不变。
