And a base of the to-be-assembled assembly is installed on the gravity unloading hanging assembly to form an assembled assembly, safety ropes at the four corners are connected to protect the assembled assembly, the weight of the follow-up to-be-assembled assembly is balanced through a pulley counterweight, the to-be-assembled assembly is installed on the assembled assembly one by one, and finally product assembling is completed. Compared with a traditional gravity unloading mechanism, the gravity dynamic unloading mechanism for space multi-posture assembly breaks through limitation of space one-way unloading, gravity dynamic unloading can be conducted on the space multi-posture state of an assembled product, and the space and ground consistency of the assembly precision of spaceflight products can be effectively improved.
一种用于空间多姿态装配的重力动态卸载机构,主要由龙门架、四角安全绳、重力卸载吊挂组件、并联位姿测量系统、支撑底座、滑轮组件等组成,龙门架和支撑底座位置固定后,连接重力卸载吊挂组件、四角安全绳至龙门架上,安装待装组件底座至重力卸载吊挂组件上,形成已装组件,并连接四角安全绳保护已装组件,通过滑轮配重平衡后续待装组件重量,将待装组件一件件安装至已装组件上,最终完成产品装配。本发明用于空间多姿态装配的重力动态卸载机构与传统重力卸载机构相比,突破了空间单向卸载的限制,可对装配产品空间多姿态状态进行重力动态卸载,能够有效提高航天产品装配精度天地一致性。
