The gravity unloading unit comprises pulleys, a supporting beam, a rotating shaft, a swing rod and a balancing weight, the two ends of the supporting beam are connected with the two pulleys, the pulleys are installed on the guide rails, the rotating shaft is rotationally installed on the supporting beam, the lower end of the rotating shaft is connected with the swing rod, and hanging points at the tail end of the swing rod are connected with wing plate mass center hanging points of the solar wing through hanging ropes respectively; the upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the balancing weight; when the solar wing is unfolded, the tackle moves longitudinally along with the mass center of each wing plate and freely slides along the guide rail, the swing rod swings along with the transverse movement of the mass center of each wing plate, and the balancing weight balances the torque generated by hanging the solar wing. The device adapts to the extremely small distance when the flexible solar wing is folded, and can move along with the mass center in the unfolding process of the solar wing in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, and gravity unloading in the ground unfolding process of the flexible solar wing is achieved.

    本发明属于航天器技术领域,特别涉及一种柔性太阳翼地面展开重力卸载机构。包括导轨和多个重力卸载单元;重力卸载单元包括滑车、支撑梁、转轴、摆杆及配重块,其中支撑梁的两端与两个滑车连接,滑车安装在导轨上,转轴转动安装在支撑梁上,转轴的下端与摆杆连接,摆杆的末端的吊点通过吊绳分别与太阳翼的各翼板质心悬挂点相连;转轴的上端与配重块连接;当太阳翼展开时,滑车跟随各翼板质心纵向移动沿导轨自由滑动,摆杆跟随各翼板质心横向移动而摆动,配重块平衡悬挂太阳翼所产生的力矩。本发明适应柔性太阳翼收拢状态时的极小间距,且能跟随太阳翼展开过程中质心沿纵向及横向的运动,实现柔性太阳翼地面展开过程中的重力卸载。
