The invention discloses an energy output control method and device for a hybrid power loader, a power source of the hybrid power loader comprises an engine and a power battery, and the method comprises the steps that hydraulic system required power and driving motor required power corresponding to target operation data, and the working rotating speed of the engine of the loader are determined; the maximum power of the engine at the working rotating speed is obtained; according to the difference value between the maximum power of the engine at the working rotating speed and the required power of the hydraulic system, the maximum residual power of the engine at the working rotating speed is determined; determining an energy output mode of the loader according to the magnitude relationship between the maximum residual power and the required power of the driving motor, and the magnitude relationship between the charge state of the power battery and the minimum electric quantity of the power battery and the magnitude relationship between the charge state of the power battery and the maximum electric quantity of the power battery; and determining a power output mode of the power source based on the energy output mode. The output power of the power source of the loader can be reasonably distributed, and the working condition adaptability of the energy output control method is improved.

    本发明公开一种混合动力装载机能量输出控制方法及装置,混合动力装载机的动力源包括发动机和动力电池,该方法包括:确定目标操作数据对应的液压系统需求功率和驱动电机需求功率、装载机的发动机的工作转速,并获取发动机在工作转速的最大功率;根据发动机在工作转速的最大功率与液压系统需求功率的差值,确定发动机在工作转速的最大剩余功率;根据最大剩余功率与驱动电机需求功率的大小关系,以及动力电池的荷电状态与动力电池的最小电量和动力电池的最大电量的大小关系,确定装载机的能量输出模式;基于能量输出模式确定动力源的功率输出方式。本发明能够实现装载机动力源输出功率的合理分配,提高能量输出控制方法的工况适应性。
