The invention discloses a braking energy recovery control method and device for a hybrid power loader, and the method comprises the steps: controlling a target loader to work in an energy recovery state when the charge state of a power battery of the target loader meets a first preset threshold value and the battery temperature meets a second preset threshold value; in the energy recovery state, the braking mode of the target loader and the state of a motor braking system are determined; distributing the total demand braking torque into a front axle demand braking torque and a rear axle demand braking torque; determining the maximum braking torque of a front axle motor and a rear axle motor; and determining a torque distribution scheme of the target loader according to the state of the motor braking system, the required braking torque of the front shaft and the rear shaft, the maximum braking torque of the front shaft and the rear shaft motor and a preset torque distribution rule corresponding to the state of the motor braking system. The braking efficiency of the hybrid power loader is effectively improved, the energy recovery amount during braking of the hybrid power loader is increased, and meanwhile the operation comfort level of a driver is improved.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力装载机制动能量回收控制方法及装置,该方法包括:在目标装载机动力电池的荷电状态满足第一预设阈值,且电池温度满足第二预设阈值时,控制目标装载机工作在能量回收状态;在能量回收状态,确定目标装载机的制动方式以及电机制动系统状态;将总需求制动力矩分配为前轴需求制动力矩和后轴需求制动力矩;确定前轴和后轴电机最大制动力矩;根据电机制动系统状态、前轴和后轴需求制动力矩、前轴和后轴电机最大制动力矩以及电机制动系统状态对应的预设力矩分配规则,确定目标装载机的力矩分配方案。本发明有效提高了混合动力装载机的制动效能、提高了混合动力装载机制动时的能量回收量,同时提高了驾驶员的操作舒适度。
