The invention discloses a marine propeller protection device and a working method thereof. The protection device comprises a protection assembly and a cutting part which are arranged on the periphery of a marine propeller. The cutting part is arranged above the protection assembly; the protection assembly comprises a first mounting plate, a first mesh enclosure kit, a second mesh enclosure kit and a third mesh enclosure kit, wherein the second mesh enclosure kit and the first mesh enclosure kit are the same in structure. The cutting part comprises a driving assembly, the driving assembly is connected with a first driving plate and a second driving plate, a shifting rod is connected to the first driving plate, and a cutting assembly is connected to the second driving plate; a driving motor of the protection device drives a second driving plate and a cutting assembly to move along a polished rod through a flexible transmission mechanism, a lead screw and a second split nut, and entanglements wound on the protection assembly are cut off in the longitudinal direction and the annular direction along a groove. Compared with a traditional cutting knife for directly cutting entanglements on the peripheral side face of the propeller rotating shaft, the cutting effect is improved, and the removal rate of the entanglements is increased.
本发明公开了一种船用螺旋桨防护装置及其工作方法,防护装置包括布置在船用螺旋桨外围的防护组件和切除部件;切除部件布置在防护组件的上方;防护组件包括一号安装板、一号网罩套件,与一号网罩套件结构相同的二号网罩套件,以及三号网罩套件;切除部件包括驱动组件,驱动组件与一号驱动板和二号驱动板连接,一号驱动板上连接有移位杆,二号驱动板上连接有切割组件;本发明的防护装置的驱动电机通过挠性传动机构、丝杠和二号开合螺母带动二号驱动板及切割组件沿着光杠移动,沿着凹槽将缠绕在防护组件上的缠绕物纵向和环向切除。相对于传统的切割刀对螺旋桨转轴周侧面上的缠绕物直接切割,本发明改善了切割效果并提高缠绕物的去除率。
