The invention discloses a satellite flywheel control method and system under a frequent yaw maneuvering working condition, and the method comprises the steps: determining that the optimal preparation number of a flywheel system is five when at least four non-coplanar reaction wheels work at the same time according to the reliability of the flywheel system; the five reaction wheels are arranged in the flywheel system in a three-orthogonal and two-inclined mode, when any one reaction wheel fails, the four non-coplanar reaction wheels work at the same time, high reliability of a satellite can still be guaranteed, and the problem that according to a traditional four-reaction-wheel scheme, when a certain flywheel breaks down, the four reaction wheels cannot work at the same time is solved. Meanwhile, the five reaction wheels adopt a three-orthogonal and two-inclined installation scheme, the integration level of the satellite is most facilitated, the three-orthogonal installation is attached to the cabin wall of the satellite, heat dissipation of the flywheel is facilitated, and the service life of the flywheel is prolonged. The configuration scheme of the five reaction wheels guarantees high reliability of the satellite, the service life is prolonged, and high use value and popularization value are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种频繁偏航机动工况下卫星飞轮控制方法及系统,根据飞轮系统的可靠性确定至少四台不共面的反作用轮同时工作时,飞轮系统的最优配制数量为五台反作用轮,五台反作用轮采用三正交+二斜装的方式布置在飞轮系统中,当任一台反作用轮失效,四台不共面的反作用轮同时工作仍然可以保证卫星的高可靠性,解决了避免传统四台反作用轮方案因某台飞轮故障时,会导致其它三台反作用轮频繁过零转速,使得卫星姿态发生抖动,同时还降低飞轮的使用寿命的问题,同时,五台反作用轮采用三正交+二斜装的安装方案,最有利于卫星集成度,同时三正交安装贴着卫星舱壁有利于飞轮散热,五台反作用轮配置方案保障卫星的高可靠,延长了使用寿命,具有较高的使用价值和推广价值。
