The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle braking, and discloses a pressure buildup unit and a braking system.The pressure buildup unit comprises a pressure buildup cylinder body, a lead screw and nut assembly, a driving motor and a detection assembly; a pressure buildup cavity is formed in the pressure buildup cylinder body, and a piston is arranged in the pressure buildup cavity in a sliding mode. The lead screw and nut assembly comprises a lead screw and a nut, the driving motor comprises a fixed shell, a rotor assembly and a stator assembly, and the lead screw extends out of the fixed shell in a suspended mode, is connected with the piston and is limited in the circumferential direction. The rotor assembly fixedly sleeves the nut, the stator assembly is fixed to the fixed shell, and the detection assembly is located at the overhanging end of the lead screw and used for detecting the movement displacement amount of the piston and/or the lead screw. By means of the arrangement, the lead screw can be exposed in the fixed shell, no shielding part is arranged at the position of the piston, then the detection assembly can directly detect the linear displacement amount of the piston and/or the lead screw, the angle deviation checking step is omitted, the movement displacement amount of the piston can be obtained more visually, the assembling difficulty is reduced, and the size of the pressure building unit can be reduced.

    本发明涉及车辆制动技术领域,公开一种建压单元及制动系统,建压单元包括建压缸体、丝杠丝母组件、驱动电机和检测组件。建压缸体内形成有建压腔,建压腔内滑动设置有活塞。丝杠丝母组件包括丝杠和丝母,驱动电机包括固定外壳、转子组件和定子组件,丝杠悬伸出固定外壳并连接活塞,且被周向限位。转子组件固定套设于丝母,定子组件固定于固定外壳,检测组件位于丝杠的悬伸端,用于检测活塞和/或丝杠的移动位移量。如此设置,能使丝杠裸露在固定外壳内,且活塞位置无遮挡部件,进而检测组件能直接检测活塞和/或丝杠的直线位移量,省去了角度偏移校验步骤,能更直观地获得活塞的移动位移量,降低装配难度,且能缩小建压单元的体积。
