The invention discloses an electric control brake voltage buildup module which comprises a motor assembly, a piston and a transmission assembly connected with the motor assembly and the piston, the motor assembly comprises a rotor shaft, the rotor shaft is a hollow shaft, the piston and the transmission assembly are located in an inner cavity of the rotor shaft, the transmission assembly and the rotor shaft are connected with a bearing seat, and the bearing seat is connected with the piston. The rotor shaft and the bearing seat rotate synchronously, and a first bearing is arranged on the bearing seat. According to the electrically-controlled brake voltage buildup module, the hollow shaft motor is adopted, the transmission assembly is integrated on the bearing seat and located in the hollow rotor shaft, and the signal sensor support and the end cover assembly are riveted together. The motor rotor directly drives the transmission assembly to build and reduce voltage, the magnetic resistance type chip detects the position of the rotor by sensing the change of the magnetic field component of the signal magnetic ring, the whole structure reduces the number of parts through the laser welding technology and the split charging structure, the manufacturability of the parts is improved, meanwhile, the structure is more compact, and the cost is reduced. And the space utilization rate and the system reliability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种电控制动建压模块,包括电机总成、活塞以及与电机总成和活塞连接的传动组件,电机总成包括转子轴,转子轴为中空轴,活塞和传动组件位于转子轴的内腔体中,所述传动组件和所述转子轴与轴承座连接,转子轴与轴承座同步旋转,轴承座上设置第一轴承。本发明的电控制动建压模块,采用中空轴电机,将传动组件集成轴承座上,并位于中空的转子轴中,信号传感器支架与端盖组件铆接在一起。电机转子直接驱动传动组件进行建压和降压,磁阻式芯片通过感应信号磁环的磁场分量的变化来检测转子的位置,整个结构通过激光焊接工艺和分装结构减少了零件数量,提升零件的工艺性,同时也使结构更紧凑,提升了空间利用率和系统的可靠性。
