The invention discloses a lightweight crane capable of quickly and accurately positioning, which comprises longitudinal beams fixed on two sides of the top of a plant, end beams arranged below each longitudinal beam and capable of longitudinally and horizontally moving relative to the longitudinal beam, two main beams connected between the two end beams, and a trolley arranged between the main beams and capable of transversely and horizontally moving relative to the main beams, a crane main machine is connected to the trolley, at least one set of fastening cross beams are arranged between the upper end faces of the two main beams, and vertical prestressed rod sets correspondingly connected with the two sides of the lower end faces of the main beams are arranged on the two sides of the upper end faces of the end beams correspondingly. The two sides of the lower end face of the end beam are provided with horizontal prestressed rod sets correspondingly connected with the two sides of the upper end face of the fastening cross beam respectively. The pre-tension component is adopted, the structural rigidity and the anti-vibration strength are improved, rapid and accurate positioning can be achieved, meanwhile, steel use is reduced, and the environment-friendly development trend is met.

    本发明公开了一种可快速精准定位的轻量化起重机,包括固定在厂房顶部两侧的纵梁,每根所述纵梁的下方设置有相对其纵向水平移动的端梁,两根所述端梁之间连接有两根主梁,所述主梁之间设置有可相对其横向水平移动的台车,所述台车上连接有起重机主机,两根所述主梁的上端面之间设置有至少一组紧固横梁,所述端梁上端面的两侧分别设置有与所述主梁下端面两侧对应连接的竖向预应力杆组,所述端梁下端面的两侧分别设置有与所述紧固横梁上端面两侧对应连接的水平预应力杆组。采用预拉力构件设置,增加结构刚度和抗振动强度,可实现快速精准定位,同时降低钢材使用,符合绿色发展趋势。
