The track component comprises track assemblies arranged on the two sides of the rescue capsule main body and moving assemblies arranged on the track assemblies; the connecting part comprises a fixed seat arranged on the shell assembly and a plug-in assembly arranged on the fixed seat; and the anti-falling part comprises a driving assembly arranged on the moving assembly and an anti-falling assembly arranged on the driving assembly. By arranging the rescue capsule body made of the high-strength alloy material, the rescue capsule is high in structural strength, small in outer surface area, more stable and not prone to rolling or being interfered by external water flow. Due to the relatively simple design, the cylindrical rescue capsule is usually easier to maintain and operate. This may reduce operating costs and improve reliability.
