By arranging the connecting plate and the spring, through cooperation of the connecting plate and the spring, the two sides of the clamping plate mechanism are opened at the same time, and the situation that clamping arms of the clamping plate mechanism are placed on the two sides of a prefabricated slab through workers as before, and clamping injuries are caused under cooperation of a crane is avoided.
