The invention provides a vehicle power supply system, a control method of the vehicle power supply system, and a storage medium. The vehicle power supply system comprises a main battery and an auxiliary battery. The main battery and the auxiliary battery are respectively connected with at least one power utilization system of the vehicle. The auxiliary battery comprises a first battery element and a second battery element which are separated from each other so as to form an open-circuit in-battery circuit. And in response to the failure of the main battery, the first battery element is in contact with the second battery element to form a communicated battery internal circuit so as to supply power to a corresponding power utilization system through the auxiliary battery. By configuring the first battery element and the second battery element which are separated for the auxiliary battery, the reliability of the auxiliary battery can be effectively improved, and the monitoring requirement on the auxiliary battery is avoided, so that the reliability and the economical efficiency of a vehicle power supply system are synchronously improved.
