The invention discloses a vehicle, a power supply system and a control method thereof.The power supply system comprises a power supply unit, a switch unit and a voltage division contactor, and the control method comprises the steps that when the vehicle has a fault of a preset serious fault type, the voltage division contactor is controlled to be disconnected, then the switch unit is controlled to be disconnected, and when the vehicle has a fault of a preset general fault type, the voltage division contactor is controlled to be disconnected; the control switch unit is switched off, and then the voltage-dividing contactor is switched off. According to the technical scheme, when the fault of the preset serious fault type occurs, the voltage division contactor is firstly controlled to be switched off, the power supply unit is divided into a plurality of power battery modules with lower voltage, the influence of the fault is reduced to the maximum extent, the safety of the system is protected, the switch unit is continuously switched off, the power supply unit and the load unit can be completely isolated, and the safety of the system is improved. The safety of the vehicle and passengers is guaranteed, the flexibility of the control mode is improved by adopting different disconnection sequences according to the fault type when the fault occurs, and it is ensured that high-voltage power supply is safely cut off under different fault conditions.

    本发明公开一种车辆、供电系统及其控制方法,供电系统包括供电单元、开关单元、分压接触器,控制方法包括当车辆发生预设严重故障类型的故障时,控制分压接触器断开,再控制开关单元断开,当车辆发生预设一般故障类型的故障时,控制开关单元断开,再控制分压接触器断开。本技术方案当发生预设严重故障类型的故障时,先控制分压接触器断开时,将供电单元分割成多个电压较低的动力电池模块,最大程度地减小故障的影响并保护系统的安全,继续断开关单元,可以完全隔离供电单元与负载单元,保障车辆和乘客的安全,通过在故障发生时按照故障类型采用不同的断开顺序,提高控制方式的灵活性,确保在不同故障情况下安全地切断高压供电。
