The invention discloses an electrical equipment layout system for a stator voltage regulation driving scheme of a large ladle crane. The electrical equipment layout system specifically comprises a medium-voltage power distribution unit, a low-voltage power distribution unit, a main hoisting mechanism, an auxiliary hoisting mechanism, a main trolley mechanism, an auxiliary trolley mechanism and a cart mechanism. In the system, each mechanism follows the principle of proximity, the cable path is optimized, the number of cables passing through the end beam is reduced, the cable length is greatly shortened, and the cable cost can be saved by about 20%. Based on the electrical equipment layout system, the equipment failure shutdown risk can be reduced, and the reliability of the electrical system is improved; the installation difficulty of electrical equipment is reduced and the construction quality is ensured; and the maintenance workload and the operation risk can be reduced, and equipment maintenance and overhaul are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种大型铸造起重机定子调压驱动方案电气设备布局系统,具体包括:中压配电单元、低压配电单元、主起升机构、副起升机构、主小车机构、副小车机构以及大车机构。在该系统中各机构遵循就近原则,优化电缆路径,减少通过端梁的电缆数量,极大缩短了电缆长度,可节省电缆成本约20%。基于该电气设备布局系统可以降低设备故障停机风险,提高电气系统可靠性;降低电气设备安装难度,确保施工质量;还可以减少维护工作量及作业风险,且便于设备维护和检修。
