The invention provides a redundant variable-frequency driving system of an ultra-large ladle crane, which comprises a rectified feedback system, a main lifting driving system, an auxiliary lifting driving system, a main trolley driving system, an auxiliary trolley driving system and a cart driving system which work independently and respectively drive corresponding mechanisms to operate. The system has the characteristics of fault emergency switching and long-term normal work, the redundancy coverage range is more comprehensive, the reliability of the driving system is higher, the equipment fault shutdown is avoided, and the production operation continuity is ensured. In the system, the capacity of the main lifting motor, the capacity of the main lifting inverter and the capacity of the rectification feedback unit can be reduced by 30%, the equipment cost is obviously reduced, and the electric control system is more energy-saving. The main hoisting mechanism adopts a staggered starting mode, the starting current is reduced by 25%, and the impact on a power supply grid is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供一种超大型铸造起重机冗余变频驱动系统,包括:整流回馈系统、主起升驱动系统、副起升驱动系统、主小车驱动系统、副小车驱动系统以及大车驱动系统,各系统独立工作,分别驱动对应机构运行。本发明系统具有故障应急切换和长期正常工作的特点,冗余覆盖范围更加全面,驱动系统可靠性更高,避免了设备故障停机,保证了生产作业连续性。本发明系统中,主起升电动机、主起升逆变器和整流回馈单元的容量均可降低30%,设备成本明显降低,电控系统更加节能。主起升机构采用错时启动方式,启动电流降低25%,极大减少对供电电网的冲击。
