The invention discloses a battery module thermal management system which is in communication connection through a vehicle control unit and is used for heating a storage battery when receiving a power-on signal, obtaining battery module temperature and vehicle state information according to a thermal control end and controlling a voltage conversion unit to be conducted when receiving a charging request so as to enable the storage battery to charge an auxiliary battery. Cooling liquid circulates and is communicated with the storage battery heat management pipeline; the auxiliary heat pump provides power for circulation of cooling liquid, the compressor and refrigerant in the pipeline are compressed and liquefied, generated heat is transmitted to the radiator, and the radiator discharges the heat. The evaporator is used for gasifying the liquefied refrigerant so as to absorb heat and convey cold air to the battery module, the compressor judges whether the temperature data reaches a first preset threshold value or not, and if the temperature data reaches the first preset threshold value, the compressor and the evaporator execute refrigeration operation to generate cold air and convey the cold air to the battery module through a pipeline.

    本发明公开了一种电池模组热管理系统,通过整车控制器通信连接,用于在接收到上电信号时加热蓄电池,根据热控制端获取电池模组温度及车辆状态信息,接收到充电请求时控制电压转换单元导通,以使得蓄电池为辅助电池充电,流通冷却液且与蓄电池热管理管路连通;辅热泵为冷却液的流通提供动力,压缩机压缩机和管道中的制冷剂压缩液化,并将产生的热量传递至散热器,由散热器将热量进行排放;蒸发器用于将液化后的制冷剂气化从而吸收热量并向电池模组输送冷气,压缩机判断温度数据是否达到第一预设阈值,若温度数据达到第一预设阈值,则与蒸发器执行制冷操作,生成冷气并通过管道输送至电池模组。
