The invention provides a quay crane sling control method and device and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of quay crane automation. According to the method, feature points of a container are obtained through a machine vision scheme, three-dimensional coordinates under a camera coordinate system are obtained by projecting the feature points into a three-dimensional space, and the pose of a related lifting appliance is obtained through calculation based on 3D-2D point pairs. Accurate estimation of the pose of the lifting appliance in the lifting process is achieved, and the accuracy and safety of the whole lifting process are improved.
