The invention discloses an unmanned underwater launcher capable of floating and sinking. The unmanned underwater launcher comprises an upper shell, a lower shell, a weight control system, a launching system, a volume control system, a positioning navigation system, an attitude control system, an information transceiving system and a central control system. The two water drainage cylinders located at the head and the tail control the overall weight, the four air bags on the two sides of the ship body control the overall size, and then rapid lifting is achieved by coordinating the two air bags. The launching system located in the middle of the ship body adopts pneumatic launching. Sonars located on the head and the two sides of the boat can observe the surrounding environment; the GPS on the two wings and the gyroscope inertial navigation system on the head of the airship can plan a route and adjust the posture of the airship; the radio transmitting and receiving devices positioned on the two wings are connected with the ground; the central control system located in the middle of the ship body is used for deploying all systems of the whole ship body. According to the underwater lifting launching system model, the launcher can quickly float or sink and is high in concealment and survivability, and the model used for researching the underwater lifting launching system is provided.
