Comprising a power supply module, a voltage division module, a comparison detection module, an output module and a microcontroller, the voltage division module, the comparison detection module and the output module are connected in sequence, and the output end of the output module is connected with the input end of the microcontroller; wherein the voltage dividing module is used for inputting a 1.8 V voltage signal to the comparison detection module under the condition that the plug is locked; under the condition that the plug is loosened, a 0V voltage signal is input to the comparison detection module; when the detection contact touches the positive electrode of the high-voltage bus by mistake, a 16V voltage signal is input to the comparison detection module; the comparison detection module is used for outputting a high level when an input signal is about 1.8 V; when the input signal is 0V, the output signal is 0V; when the input signal is 16V, the output signal is 0V.
