The invention provides a bus voltage discharge control method and system for an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps: judging a bus voltage state according to a high-voltage safety detection module, the bus voltage state comprising a bus voltage comparison fault and a non-bus voltage comparison fault; the bus voltage state is combined, bus voltage discharging is carried out according to a discharging request signal received by the motor controller, the discharging completion state is fed back to the vehicle control unit, and the discharging request signal comprises an active discharging request signal and a collision signal. On the premise that the development cost is controlled, whether a bus voltage comparison fault and a collision signal exist or not is judged through the motor controller, corresponding bus voltage discharge strategies are designed on the basis of different discharge working conditions, and the reliability of active discharge of the whole vehicle when a collision accident occurs in the driving process of the electric vehicle is guaranteed; and the high-voltage safety of the whole vehicle and the use safety of users are improved.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车母线电压泄放控制方法及系统,所述方法包括以下步骤:根据所述高压安全检测模块判断母线电压状态,所述母线电压状态包括存在母线电压比较故障和无母线电压比较故障;结合所述母线电压状态,并依据所述电机控制器接收的放电请求信号进行母线电压放电,并向所述整车控制器反馈放电完成状态,其中,所述放电请求信号包括主动放电请求信号和碰撞信号。本发明在控制开发成本的前提下通过电机控制器判断是否存在母线电压比较故障和碰撞信号,实现基于不同放电工况设计对应的母线电压泄放策略,保证了电动汽车在行驶过程中发生碰撞意外事故时整车车辆主动放电的可靠性,提高整车高压安全和用户的使用安全。
