The invention provides a vehicle, a high-voltage discharge system of the vehicle and a control method of the high-voltage discharge system of the vehicle. The system comprises a control signal receiving end which is used for receiving a first control signal output by a control chip, a discharge time control circuit and a logic control circuit, wherein the discharge time control circuit is used for generating a second control signal according to the duration of a discharge control state of a first control signal; and the logic control circuit is used for controlling the high-voltage discharge circuit to be turned on or turned off according to the first control signal and the second control signal so as to discharge or stop discharging a high-voltage power supply of the vehicle. Therefore, by adding the discharge time control circuit, on or off of the high-voltage discharge circuit can be effectively controlled under the condition that the control chip is out of control, the risk of out-of-control discharge of the high-voltage power supply caused by out-of-control of the control chip is avoided, discharge safety of the high-voltage power supply is guaranteed, and in addition, the system is simple in circuit structure and low in cost, and meanwhile, the method also has relatively high applicability.

    本发明提出一种车辆、车辆的高压放电系统及其控制方法,其中,系统包括:控制信号接收端,控制信号接收端用于接收控制芯片输出的第一控制信号;放电时间控制电路,放电时间控制电路用于根据第一控制信号的放电控制状态的持续时间生成第二控制信号;以及逻辑控制电路,逻辑控制电路用于根据第一控制信号和第二控制信号控制高压放电电路开启或关闭,以便对车辆的高压电源进行放电或停止放电。由此,通过增加放电时间控制电路,可在控制芯片失控的情况下,有效控制高压放电电路的开启或关闭,避免控制芯片失控带来的高压电源放电失控的风险,保障高压电源放电安全,另外,该系统电路结构简单且成本低,同时还具有较强的适用性。
