The invention discloses an offshore wind power ship charging system, a control method and device thereof and a medium. The offshore wind power ship charging system comprises an offshore windmill, a wind generating set, a power distribution cabinet, a charging cable and a control module. The method comprises the steps of detecting the running state of the wind generating set in real time; when normal operation of the wind generating set is detected, the wind generating set is controlled to receive rotation kinetic energy generated by the offshore windmill, the rotation kinetic energy is converted into electric energy, and the electric energy is output to the power distribution cabinet; the power distribution cabinet is controlled to output the electric energy to a power battery pack of the ship through a charging cable; in response to a charging control request of a user for the ship, request information is sent to the connected control module, and whether a charging cable is connected with the ship or not is judged; if yes, a switch on the distribution board is controlled to be switched on; and if not, a switch on the power distribution board is controlled to be switched off, and the electric energy is output to the connected power distribution cabinet, so that the single electric ship is charged by the multiple fans, and the charging efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种海上风电船舶充电系统及其控制方法、装置和介质,海上风电船舶充电系统包括:海上风车、风力发电机组、配电柜、充电电缆和控制模块;方法包括:实时检测风力发电机组的运行状态;当检测到风力发电机组正常运行时,控制风力发电机组接收海上风车生成的转动动能,将转动动能转换为电能,向配电柜输出电能;控制配电柜将电能通过充电电缆输出到船舶的动力电池组中;响应于用户的对船舶的充电控制请求,将请求信息发送到相连接的控制模块中,判断充电电缆是否连接所述船舶;若是,则控制配电板上的开关合闸;若否,则控制配电板上的开关断开,并将电能输出到连接的配电柜中,以实现多台风机对单台电动船舶进行充电,提高充电效率。
