The power supply and charging system comprises a box body, and a storage battery, a control system and a flexible film photovoltaic panel assembly capable of extending out of the box body are arranged in the box body; a storage battery mounting cavity capable of being opened and closed is further formed in the unmanned aerial vehicle body, a storage battery positioning and mounting assembly capable of extending out of the unmanned aerial vehicle body is mounted in the storage battery mounting cavity, and a storage battery carrying assembly is further arranged in the box body; the box body is provided with at least one first positioning device, the first positioning device is electrically connected with the control system, the unmanned aerial vehicle body is provided with at least one second positioning device, and the first positioning device and the second positioning device are used for data interaction to determine the relative position of the box body and the unmanned aerial vehicle body. The unmanned aerial vehicle has the technical characteristics of simple structure, reasonable design, low cost and long endurance.
