The invention relates to the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to a high-endurance anti-collision monitoring inspection unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises anunmanned aerial vehicle body, an inflatable bag, a supporting assembly and a photographing assembly. The unmanned aerial vehicle body is detachably connected with the inflatable bag, the inflatable bag wraps the periphery of the lower portion of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, the supporting assembly is arranged at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle body and arranged in the inflatable bag, the photographing assembly is arranged at the bottom of the supporting assembly and located in the inflatable bag, the inflatable bag is in a three-dimensional hemisphere shape, and the inner layerof the inflatable bag is filled with hydrogen or helium. A plurality of propellers are arranged at the upper part of the unmanned aerial vehicle body and are uniformly distributed at the periphery ofthe unmanned aerial vehicle body. The unmanned aerial vehicle is high in cruising ability, and damage to the unmanned aerial vehicle due to external force impact is avoided.
