The outer wall of the circular truncated cone is rotationally connected with a linkage shaft, a first wire winding disc and a second wire winding disc are fixedly installed on the outer wall of the linkage shaft, and the first wire winding disc is located over the second wire winding disc. By means of the hoisting structure, after the mine soil taking structure is used for taking soil, the collected mine soil can be hoisted and collected, then various factors of environment information are judged by detecting the component content proportion of the mine soil, and the hoisting structure can reduce environmental pollution and reduce the influence on the surrounding environment; the lifting structure can avoid direct contact with some underground facilities, so that the potential damage risk is reduced.
