    一种使用安全便利的新能源汽车直流快充转换器,底座的底面设置有高压输入端和低压输入端,高压输入端位于底座的前侧,高压输入端内设置有第一高压转接柱、第二高压转接柱,低压输入端位于底座的后侧,低压输入端内设置有第一控制转接柱、第二控制转接柱以及接地接线柱的第一端;安装在底座上的外壳,外壳的顶面设置有输出端,输出端位于外壳的后侧,输出端内设置有第一高压接线柱、第二高压接线柱、第一控制接线柱、第二控制接线柱以及接地接线柱的第二端。本产品超音波焊接密封使得防水、防潮而提高绝缘能力;采用热过流自复继电器模块,有热过流保护功能,使得产品更加安全;采用紫铜镀银接线柱减少大电流阻抗而防止发热。
