The invention discloses a direct-current quick charging and preheating control method for a new energy automobile, and provides a control logic of PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) in a quick charging and preheating process and an interaction time sequence of each related controller, so as to control heating of a battery pack before charging. After it is detected that charging is started, a power battery is powered on at first; if the temperature of the single battery is too low at the moment, stripping the power battery and enabling high-pressure parts of the whole vehicle, and starting to enter a quick charging and preheating state by combining the current temperature of a water inlet and a water outlet of the power battery; and then the gear of the PTC is regulated and controlled according to the output voltage of the charging pile until the temperature of the single battery rises again, the power battery is connected to the high-voltage loop again, and normal direct-current fast charging control is executed. According to the high-quality and high-compatibility quick charging preheating control mode provided by the invention, the battery quick charging function in an extremely low-temperature environment is realized by coordinating a whole vehicle related controller and a direct-current charging pile system, and the battery is effectively protected from being damaged in a low-temperature quick charging working condition.

    本发明公开了一种用于新能源汽车的直流快充预热控制方法,提出快充预热过程中PTC的控制逻辑以及各相关控制器的交互时序,实现在充电前对电池包进行加热的控制。在检测到充电启动后,先执行动力电池上高压;若此时电池单体温度过低,则再将动力电池剥离并使能整车高压部件,再结合当前动力电池进出水口温度开始进入快充预热状态;之后根据充电桩输出电压调控PTC的档位,直至电池单体温度回升,则重新将动力电池接入高压回路并执行正常的直流快充控制。本发明提出的高质量及强兼容性的快充预热控制模式,通过协调整车相关控制器与直流充电桩系统,实现了极端低温环境下的电池快充功能,有效保护电池在低温快充电工况下不会被损坏。
