The invention provides an infrared communication hydrogenation safety control method for a hydrogen energy vehicle and the hydrogen energy vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a hydrogenation request signal, and obtaining the state of the whole vehicle; checking the state of the whole vehicle based on the obtained state of the whole vehicle to obtain a state checking result; judging whether a hydrogenation safety condition is met or not based on the state check result, and if the hydrogenation safety condition is met, controlling a small hydrogenation door to be allowed to be opened; otherwise, reporting the fault of the whole vehicle, and controlling the small hydrogenation door not to be opened. According to the invention, the influence of the overall state of the hydrogen energy vehicle on the safety of the hydrogenation process, including the vehicle safety state, the power system state, the vehicle transmission system state, the vehicle speed condition, the hydrogen storage system state, the hydrogen safety state, the vehicle body (hydrogenation small door) state and the like, is comprehensively considered; the overall safety control method in the infrared communication hydrogenation process of the hydrogen energy vehicle is formulated, and the hydrogenation safety of the hydrogen energy vehicle is improved.

    本发明提供一种氢能车辆红外通讯加氢安全控制方法及氢能车辆,方法包括以下步骤:获得加氢请求信号后,获取整车车辆状态;基于获取的整车车辆状态,进行整车车辆状态的检查,得到状态检查结果;基于所述状态检查结果,判断加氢安全条件是否满足,如果加氢安全条件满足,则控制加氢小门允许被打开;否则,上报整车故障,控制加氢小门不允许被打开。本发明统筹考虑了氢能车辆整体的状态对加氢过程安全的影响,包括车辆的安全状态、动力系统的状态、车辆传动系统状态、车速情况、储氢系统状态、氢安全状态、车身(加氢小门)状态等,制定了氢能车辆红外通讯加氢过程中整体的安全控制方法,提高了氢能车辆加氢的安全性。
