The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a load-variable magnetoelectric coupling quasi-zero-stiffness vibration isolator for a vehicle, and solves the technical problems that an existing quasi-zero-stiffness vibration isolation system is too large in structural size and cannot be suitable for an automobile suspension system, or is low in negative stiffness and low in energy efficiency. The device comprises a static balance position actuating mechanism, an additional air chamber mechanism, an air spring mechanism and a supporting shaft. The adopted magnetoelectric coupling negative stiffness mechanism is simple in structure, small in size, large in negative stiffness and low in power consumption, the negative stiffness can be adjusted within a certain range, and the negative stiffness can be matched with the positive stiffness change of the air spring mechanism, so that the whole vibration isolation system achieves the optimal low-frequency vibration isolation characteristic within a certain load range; the additional air chamber mechanism and the air spring mechanism are used in cooperation, two-stage adjustability is achieved, two rigidity curves are generated, and the frequency characteristic of the air spring mechanism can be changed by changing the opening degree of an electromagnetic valve.

    本发明涉及车辆技术领域,具体为一种车用负载可变的磁电耦合准零刚度隔振器,解决现有准零刚度隔振系统或结构尺寸过大不能适用于汽车悬架系统,或存在负刚度较小以及能量效率低的技术问题,其包括静平衡位置作动机构、附加气室机构、空气弹簧机构和支撑轴。本发明采用的磁电耦合负刚度机构结构简单,体积小,负刚度大,耗电量低,负刚度能在一定范围内调节,可配合空气弹簧机构正刚度变化,使整个隔振系统在一定的负载范围内达到最佳的低频隔振特性;附加气室机构和空气弹簧机构配合使用,达到两级可调,产生两种刚度曲线,且通过改变电磁阀的开度大小能改变空气弹簧机构的频率特性。
