本发明具有安全冗余架构的汽车线控制动系统及控制方法,对于同一个车轮端执行器,电子机械制动器和轮毂电机不连接在同一组电源上;同侧的相同执行器连接在不同的电源上,ECU启动后不断发送控制器正常指令给紧急能耗制动切换模块,当ECU发送非正常指令或者在要求的时间范围内未发送指令则紧急能耗制动切换产生动作,将电机直接连接到能耗制动单元上,实现被动制动,本发明通过多重冗余的方式来降低局部故障带来的风险,分别从电子机械制动器和电机制动的冗余、电源供电的冗余、控制通信的冗余以及各部分冗余架构之间的处理逻辑进行设计,降低制动系统故障,提高力汽车制动的安全性。
