The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle heat management, and discloses a battery replacement heavy truck motor waste heat recovery system which comprises a motor water loop system, a battery water loop system, a water chilling unit, a liquid-liquid quick connection plug and a temperature sensor set. And the motor water loop system is also connected with the battery water loop system through a pipeline and a liquid-liquid quick plug. According to the waste heat recovery system for the battery-replacing heavy truck motor, the waste heat of the motor can be recovered in winter, PTC heating used by a battery pack in winter is reduced, and therefore electricity consumption is reduced, the endurance mileage of the battery-replacing heavy truck in winter is increased, in addition, physical isolation of a water path can be achieved through a water chilling unit and a battery pack water loop through a liquid-liquid quick-connection plug, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged. Therefore, the water cooling unit is removed from the battery pack, and the weight of the battery pack is reduced.

    本发明涉及电动汽车整车热管理技术领域,公开了一种换电重卡电机余热回收系统,包括电机水回路系统、电池水回路系统、冷水机组、液液快接插头和温度传感器组,其中,电机水回路系统通过管路与冷水机组连接,且电机水回路系统还通过管路及液液快接插头与电池水回路系统连接。本发明提供的换电重卡电机余热回收系统可在冬季回收电机余热,减少冬季电池包使用PTC加热,从而减少电量的消耗,从而提升换电重卡在冬季的续航里程,此外,还可以将冷水机组和电池包水回路通过液液快接插头实现水路的物理隔离,从而将水冷机组从换电电池包中移除,减轻换电电池包的重量。
