The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle heat management control, and discloses a control strategy for waste heat recovery of a motor of a battery-replacing heavy truck, which is used for realizing coupling control of waste heat recovery of the motor and a PTC heater in a waste heat recovery system of the motor of the battery-replacing heavy truck. The recovery system comprises a motor water loop system, a battery water loop system, a water chilling unit, a liquid-liquid quick plug and a temperature sensor group, wherein a motor controller MCU in the motor water loop system makes three control strategies of controlling a three-way valve on the radiator side, controlling a three-way valve on the waste heat recovery heat exchanger side and controlling a PTC heater according to temperature changes. The control strategy of the heat radiator and the waste heat recovery heat exchanger bypass valve and the control strategy of the PTC heater are effectively provided, and therefore coupling control over motor waste heat recovery and the PTC heater in a battery replacement heavy truck motor waste heat recovery system can be better achieved according to the control strategies.
