The invention discloses an electric vehicle direct current charger device which comprises a case and an air supply device arranged in the case, an air outlet is formed in the side wall of the case, an air inlet is formed in the bottom of the case, and the air supply device comprises a fixing plate installed on the case and a reciprocating lead screw rotationally connected to the fixing plate. The reciprocating screw rod is sleeved with a sliding block in a penetrating mode, an air duct is fixedly connected to the sliding block, a cooling fan is arranged in the air duct, a driving motor is installed on the fixing plate, and an output shaft of the driving motor is in transmission connection with the reciprocating screw rod so as to drive the reciprocating screw rod to rotate. According to the invention, the air supply device is arranged in the case, so that heat generated in the case is cooled by air; in the heat dissipation process, the driving motor drives the reciprocating screw rod to rotate and drives the heat dissipation fan to reciprocate in the axial direction of the reciprocating screw rod, so that air is blown to different areas in the case, and heat dissipation is more uniform.

    本发明公开了一种电动车直流充电机装置,包括机箱和设置在机箱内的送风装置,机箱的侧壁上开设有出风口,机箱的底部设置有进风口,送风装置包括有安装在机箱上的固定板和转动连接在固定板上的往复丝杆,往复丝杆上穿套有滑动块,滑动块上固定连接有风筒,风筒内设置有散热风扇,所述固定板上安装有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴与往复丝杆传动连接以驱动往复丝杆转动。本发明通过在机箱中设置送风装置,对机箱内部产生的热量进行风冷散热;在散热的过程中,通过驱动电机带动往复丝杆转动,驱动散热风扇沿往复丝杆轴向往复移动,从而对机箱内不同区域进行吹风,使得散热更加均匀。
