The invention provides tread rubber, a preparation method thereof and a tire. Wherein the tread rubber is prepared from a tread rubber composition, the tread rubber composition comprises rubber, an inorganic filler, a silane coupling agent and a vulcanization system drug, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: performing first-stage mixing on the rubber, the coupling agent and a first amount of the inorganic filler to obtain first-stage rubber; performing second-stage mixing on the first-stage rubber and a second amount of inorganic filler to obtain second-stage rubber; performing third-stage mixing on the second-stage rubber and a vulcanization system medicine to obtain tread rubber; the first dosage is 75-95% of the total dosage of the inorganic filler, and the second dosage is 5-25% of the total dosage of the inorganic filler. In the preparation method of the tread rubber, a filler aggregation network is formed by agglomeration of a second amount of inorganic filler; meanwhile, by utilizing association of the first-stage polymer filler, the obtained rubber has good mechanical properties and dynamic properties, and the hardness is improved.
本发明提供了一种胎面橡胶和其制备方法、轮胎。其中,胎面橡胶由胎面橡胶组合物制备而成,胎面橡胶组合物包括橡胶、无机填料、硅烷偶联剂和硫化体系药品,且制备方法包括:将橡胶、偶联剂和第一用量的无机填料进行第一阶段混炼,得到第一阶段胶;将第一阶段胶与第二用量的无机填料进行第二阶段混炼,得到第二阶段胶;将第二阶段胶与硫化体系药品进行第三阶段混炼,得到胎面橡胶;第一用量为无机填料全部用量的75%~95%,第二用量为无机填料全部用量的5%~25%。在上述胎面橡胶的制备方法中,利用第二用量无机填料的团聚形成的填料聚集网络;同时利用第一阶段聚合物填料的缔合,获得橡胶具有良好的力学性能和动态性能,提升了硬度。
